Overview
As universities across the nation prepare to reopen and re-engage with students, underclassmen are contemplating the first steps of their career journey.
Relying heavily on remote learning and social engagement, much return to campus with a renewed focus and excitement about a post-COVID future. On the other side, companies realize the importance of leading from the front by actively and intentionally recruiting Black talent; of which the highest quality resides at HBCU's. In an effort to prepare underclassmen for the future of work in the knowledge-based economy, Hallo and Howard have teamed up to hostFit For the Future an event series and initiative that connects the College of Arts and Sciences with meaningful careers of the future. Hosted over several days, students can connect directly with campus recruiters, discover career pathways, and cue up their summer internships.
